I used to go to a school called, The Maine Academy of Natural Sciences, when I was there I met a kid named Forrest. Me and him went a lot of really awesome adventures and without him I probably wouldn't be the person I am today. But when I think about our adventures, one specific memory comes to mind, we found this large abandoned brick building on campus that was full of old stuff that nobody wanted. So we broke into it and started destroying things, tearing down walls, pushing furniture down stairs, throwing things off a balcony, and all kinds of crazy shit. But when we left we had to walk through
the woods
because our dorm adviser said not to walk on the highway back to the building. The problem was, there was 4 feet of snow on the ground, we also had sleds full of stuff we wanted to bring home. When we were walking home we couldn't find the trail that led back so we just bushwhacked the whole way, luckily we knew the area pretty well because we had been going to school there and all we did after school was walk around in the forest until curfew. Anyways, a walk that should have taken us about twenty minutes, took us close to three and a half hours. Upon arrival at our dorm building we were searched thoroughly and not allowed to leave the building other than to go to school for two days. But in the end, its was worth it, we had so much fun, we went back as soon as the snow was gone.
